48 Hours In!

We're two days in and 361% funded - WHOA! This is awesome, and we're totally beside ourselves! Thank you all! Just wanted to post a few quick things, clarify a few things, and keep you updated:

Peter S. Beagle Contributions

A lot of you have been asking what percentage will be going to Peter, and we're deciding still if that is or should be public knowledge, as it was a personal and private decision (and one of which Peter himself has been informed of). We're not using it as a selling point, nor a gimmick, and we'd ask that whichever way we decide to handle that information, that you respect that it's done with good intentions and that we have Peter's well-being in mind. We will continue to address the question in the future!

New Reward Tiers!

Wholesale - we've added retail / wholesale tiers for people looking to get bigger quantities of decks. If you own a card or comic store, fantasy boutique, or just have that many friends, those are the tiers for you! The more you buy, the more you save. (Please note, the wholesale tiers will not receive the other stretch goal upgrades besides the foiling, though we can work out wholesale for those if you're interested)

Art Prints - we're doing individual 8 x 10" art prints of a handful of the cards. When the backer surveys come around, you'll have a few to choose from :). 

Stretch Goal Unlocked!

Congratulations on hitting the first stretch goal! We will now have a beautifully foiled Butterfly backing on all the cards. How grand!

Next up is the fancy guide book - all decks will get a much nicer upgraded card interpretation guide book. We're right on the edge of this goal already, so it's a given. Great work guys!

We've also added another stretch goal for $100,000 (something we never dreamed could be in the realm of possibility). We're working out the details to see if we can make it happen before we announce, but if everything pans out, then trust us, you're really, really going to like it. 

Getting the word out!

Thank you to everyone who shares and reposts - it goes such a long way. We need a helping hand from the blogging community (looking at you, Geek and Sundry, The Mary Sue, Den of Geek - this stuff is right up your alley!) If you know anyone interested in featuring us, please send them our way! We do a ton of other stuff besides The Last Unicorn, and we'd be happy to answer any questions.

WOW! You guys have blown our minds with your support and enthusiasm - this project was successfully funded in under 9 hours, and continues to surge forward!

Not only that, but exciting news - thanks to you super zealous fans, Peter Beagle himself has reached out and offered to support the campaign. We're determining what will make the most sense, but we will find something that best enhances the uniqueness of the project.

There's a pile of stretch goals ahead, and pretty much anything extra we make on this project is going right back into creating new Last Unicorn stuff (plushes are next!), so we're hoping we can keep building steam with this one.
