Will the decks be available after the Kickstarter?

Yes, they will! They’ll be a slightly higher price, but we will have them available as a permanent fixture of our webstore. The non-foil stretch goals will be purchasable as additional “deluxe” features.

Retailers - if you are interested in carrying Last Unicorn merchandise, please reach out to us, and we can arrange inventory for you!

OMG - Plushes! When? Where? HOW MUCH LONGER?

We’re actively working with an incredibly talented Disney plush designer on designs for the Last Unicorn. We’ll be featuring the Red Bull, the Unicorn, and the Butterfly, and rounding out a ton of other characters soon. We will launch them as a separate campaign, so we can keep our current campaign a little less cluttered.

The x2 and x3 Deck say pin sets - are they three pins, or full sets?

We had a slight goof up when we first listed those tiers - we were originally offering three pins. Once the campaign launched, we decided to offer a ton of additional pins, but people had already backed the tier, so we couldn’t change it.

The full set of pins will be purchasable as add-ons, which you can upgrade to if you want the extra pins.

I want to see _____ made for The Last Unicorn! Can you make me that?

Send us your ideas, and let’s talk! Right now we’ve got blankets, scarves, plushes, mugs, and some really awesome keychains in the works, and ideas for a handful of other great things.

What size are the cards?

The cards will be standard tarot size, 2.75” x 4.72” (70 x 120mm for our non-US friends!)

Will the cards have rounded edges?

Yes, they will! The artwork shows a rectangle because that’s how we design them, then fit them to the card size and frame. Never fear, those corners won’t bend on you!

What percentage is Peter Beagle receiving?

We’ve decided that we’re not going to publicly disclose that information, as it’s a personal tribute and our own way of honoring the author, and a decision we made before the campaign even began. Naming amounts means people start interjecting their own thoughts as to whether or not it’s too high or too low, and it’s really not something that we feel should be subject to public opinion. Rest assured though that he benefits from these new projects, and from every contribution! What we will say is that we intend to make the same pledge with future projects as well, so we’re actively working to make sure that all the stuff we make is as incredible as it can be, to sell like hot cakes and benefit everyone!

If you feel like you’d like to support Peter directly or ensure that he knows just how much you love him, we do encourage you to donate to him at www.supportpeterbeagle.com ! Let him know that that next cup of coffee is on you, and we’re sure he’ll raise his glass in toast to you.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
